Refund policy
The following items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized/ Custom Items
- ALL Sale Items
- SHOES
- HOLIDAY ITEMS
All returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, have ORIGINAL TAGS still on them. Items that appear worn, have stains, have pet hairs or odors, ect. will not be accepted. If the item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of receiving items. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the item/s, not for any shipping and handling charges.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. I recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking number for your records. When returning item/s please include any notes (written or email) as to why it is being returned.
if approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account 1-4 business days after I receive the returned item.
If a new order is placed prior to receiving your store credit, I cannot refund that amount to you. Please make sure to wait to purchase new item/s until you receive the store credit, if thats what you'd like to use to purchase.
If you have any issues with your credit please email clarajamescb@gmail.com before placing your order.
If you send back an item/s that does not qualify for a return or I receive a package back from the mail carrier because the address provided is wrong or undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a return shipping charge. I will hold non returnable item/s or packages returned by the mail carrier for 12 days. After that item/s will be donated.
Problems with your order?
- If you've received an item with any problems or defects, please contact me at clarajamescb@gmail.com within 3 days to inform me of the issue. If I am not notified of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will not qualify for a return or replacement. You must included photo/s of the damage or defect with your email.
- I am not responsible for damages to item/s caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Colors of items may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/ outdoor lighting, and computer/ phone screen resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations DO NOT qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
